Who we are

Two continents
of experience,
one platform

AISIVEN ECOMI was built on a simple observation: the mineral assets the energy transition depends on sit in markets where institutional capital struggles to operate — and the people who understand those markets rarely speak the language of institutional capital. We work on both sides of that gap.

Our headquarters

Why Singapore

The choice of headquarters is not administrative. For a company operating between African and Southeast Asian resource markets and European and Asian capital, Singapore is where those worlds are already connected.

It offers regulatory credibility that emerging-market counterparties cannot always provide on their own, banking infrastructure that functions across jurisdictions, and legal certainty that institutional investors require before they will look at a mineral asset in Tanzania or Kalimantan at all.

It also aligns with what we are trying to do. Singapore's Green Plan 2030 has made sustainability a matter of national policy rather than corporate positioning, which creates an ecosystem of partners, regulators, and capital that takes environmental performance seriously.

01
Gateway to Asian markets
Direct access to Southeast Asia, China, Japan, and Korea — the demand centres for battery metals, industrial minerals, and processing capacity.
02
Financial centre credibility
One of the world's leading financial hubs, with the regulatory framework and banking infrastructure that cross-border mineral transactions require.
03
Legal certainty across jurisdictions
Contracts written under a stable, internationally recognised legal system — essential when the underlying asset sits in a frontier market.
04
Sustainability as national policy
Green Plan 2030 creates a collaborative ecosystem of like-minded partners and a government that prioritises green projects.
05
Neutral ground
Neither African nor European nor Chinese — a position that matters when structuring transactions between parties with competing strategic interests.
Leadership

Complementary, not duplicated

AISIVEN was founded by two people whose experience covers opposite ends of the same problem. One spent three decades inside the energy sector in the markets where the assets are. The other spent fifteen years building companies in the markets where the demand is. Neither could have built this alone.

ST
Steve Tian
Co-Founder & Director

Singapore native with more than thirty years as an energy consultant to governments and government-linked energy companies. His work has spanned China, Malaysia, Tanzania, and Guinea — the kind of engagement that builds relationships with the ministries, state enterprises, and local operators who ultimately determine whether a project proceeds.

That experience is why AISIVEN can assess an asset's regulatory and political viability before capital is committed, rather than discovering the obstacles afterwards.

LF
Leopold Feiler
CEO & Co-Founder

German-born entrepreneur with over fifteen years building businesses in renewable energy and the circular economy. His background is operational rather than advisory: developing projects, structuring companies, and taking sustainable technologies from concept to commercial deployment in European markets.

That perspective shapes how AISIVEN evaluates assets — not only what a resource is worth, but what it takes to actually build, finance, and operate around it, and what European buyers and regulators will require.

Our people

On the ground,
not on a map

A platform company is only as good as its presence in the markets it claims to cover. AISIVEN team members are based in the regions where our assets and counterparties are — not represented through agents, and not managed by video call from a single office.

Headquarters
Singapore
Corporate base, capital coordination, and Asian offtake relationships.
East Africa
Tanzania
Direct presence in our most active project region — licensing, counterparties, and site-level engagement.
Southern Africa
South Africa
Regional mining expertise and access to the continent's most established extractive services market.
Southeast Asia
Kalimantan, Indonesia
On-site presence in Borneo for Indonesian resource projects and local partner relationships.
Oceania
Australia
Technical mining standards, JORC-compliant reporting practice, and regional industry networks.
Latin America
Uruguay
Regional base for our emerging South American activity across Colombia, Brazil, and Guyana.
