The bottleneck is
not geology

The minerals the energy transition depends on are not scarce in the ground. What is scarce is the asset an institution can actually underwrite — licence status that holds up, tenure that is documented, geology checked on site rather than on paper, and a structure that survives due diligence. Most projects fail there, long before price is ever discussed.

AISIVEN ECOMI works in that gap: one data standard for every asset, our own people in the regions where the assets are, and a single counterparty from first contact to closing. Sustainability is part of that test rather than a postscript — an asset that cannot be defended on environmental and social grounds cannot be sold to the buyers we work with. And we stay deliberately apolitical, representing the transaction rather than a bloc.
